By using Gallery Anonima, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

Gallery Anonima is an anonymous digital art gallery. You may upload, curate, and observe artwork within the constraints of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading, you grant Gallery Anonima a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your images within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

The stream is publicly viewable: images you upload are visible to anyone on the internet, including visitors who do not have an account. Your identity remains anonymous either way — only your Anonymous Public ID is ever associated with your work.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must have the right to share any image you upload. Do not upload content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts minors in any inappropriate context • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others • Contains malware or is intended to disrupt the service • Violates any applicable law

Images flagged by our automated content filter will be quarantined and may be permanently removed at our discretion.

Viewing the stream does not require an account. Uploading, saving, pinning, and reporting require one. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically collect images or data from the platform, whether by automated means or otherwise. • Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit images from the platform. Rights to each image remain with its uploader. • Circumvent, probe, or overload the platform's rate limits or access controls. • Use images from the platform to train machine-learning models without the individual uploader's permission.

The platform enforces a maximum of 42 images in your studio, 42 saves in your exhibition, and 42 pinned collections. These are intentional design constraints and will not be increased.

Your identity on Gallery Anonima is a randomly assigned Anonymous Public ID. We do not reveal your email or any identifying information to other users. All image metadata (EXIF, GPS, camera info) is automatically stripped during upload to protect your privacy.

However, we cannot guarantee absolute anonymity — visual content, artistic style, or external factors may still allow others to identify you. You are responsible for managing your own anonymity beyond what we strip automatically.

Gallery Anonima is provided without any guarantee of availability, data preservation, or continuity. Specifically:

• We are not responsible for images that are lost, corrupted, or accidentally deleted. • We are not responsible if other users screenshot, save, or redistribute your work. Once an image is displayed on screen, we cannot control what happens to it. • We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. • The service may be discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallery Anonima and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of artwork, loss of data, or loss of reputation, arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

If you believe that content on Gallery Anonima infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to [email protected] containing:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. • The location of the infringing content on the platform (e.g. the anonymous public ID or a screenshot). • Your contact information (name, email, and optionally a mailing address). • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner. • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will review valid notices and remove infringing content promptly. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
